At Prolux Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
